It has been used as a Hida Highway connecting Shinshu（Old name of Nagano prefecture） and Hida（Old name of northern area of Gifu prefecture）, and it is a hut built along the road leading to Kamikochi after passing through Nabe-kanmuri-yama
At present, the number of people walking is limited with the exception of some areas and the hut is secretly loved for the enjoyment of quiet mountain walking.
In addition, the path leading to Chogatake is full of woodland, wetland, and pine forests, and there are many types of alpine plants, so it’s a good way to walk.
