It is the first mountain hut that one encounters on the mountain trail from Yasha-jin Pass to Houo-Three Mountains.
Being on the mountain ridge and being blessed with water is also a major feature, and literally there is a reputation for the taste of rice cooked with natural water in the Southern Alps.
There are many opportunities to encounter wild birds, and there are also many guests interested in bird watching.
