It is a mountain hut on the ridgeline connecting Mt. Warusawa-dake ( Arakawa Higashi-dake ) and Akaishi-dake, a popular vertical track in the Southern Alps.

One must walk for at least 10 hours from any of the trailheads, and even among the mountain huts in Japan, it is no exaggeration to say that the length of time required from the starting point places the mountain huts as the furthest and second furthest huts.

Prior use is required for groups of 10 or more, and reservations are required for 1 person until July 12.

About 10 hours and 40 minutes from Sawara-jima via Okura ridge, about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Warusawa-dake (Arakawa Higashi-dake).

Outside of the operating period] The hut is open during the winter (it is spacious enough for about 10 people).
Toilets are closed during winter (please bring your own portable toilet).
