West of Lake Shirakaba, on the south side of the Venus Line that runs through the Kurumayama Plateau, the inn sits quietly and calls itself an auberge, an expression of its pride in its cuisine. They are conscious of the unique climate, water, and soil of the Kurumayama Plateau, and try to make dishes that bring out the best of the ingredients, aiming for impressive dishes that will remind you of the inn at a moment’s notice. Another pride of the inn is the large Jacuzzi bath with natural hot spring water. The hot spring water is drawn from Serigasawa Onsen, the hidden hot spring of Shingen, and has an excellent effect on skin.
