Narada no Sato Onsen (Empress no Yu)
The story goes that in 758, Emperor Kohken, who was a female emperor who visited here for a hot-spring cure, fell in love with the place and stayed here for eight years. The bathtub, which is made of Japanese cypress, is filled with warm, lukewarm spring water, and offers a panoramic view of Lake Narada.
