Nishiyama Onsen Keiunkan, an inn where the entire property is fed by natural hot spring water
It is the world’s oldest inn, recognized by the Guinness Book of Records. For more than 1,300 years since its opening, the baths have never run dry, and have been loved by the city’s residents, famous generals, and literary figures. The baths are free-flowing hot-spring water, neither watered nor heated, and are available from four different sources, offering six different types of baths with different qualities and atmospheres.
