This lodging facility utilizes the wooden school building of the former Hayakawa Kita Junior High School. The hot spring water is drawn from an ancient spring from underground, and is a mildly alkaline mineral spring with a slight sulfuric flavor. Located on a hill connected to the main building by a corridor, visitors can enjoy the scenery outside the window from the bathtub.
