I do my best to provide safe and secure guiding mainly in the Mt. Tsurugi-dake and Mt. Hotaka-dake areas.
I’m originally from Ehime Prefecture and started climbing mountains when I was a student in Hokkaido. I then moved to Toyama Prefecture where I have been climbing the mountains of the Northern Alps for more than 30 years. I specialize in general and variation routes around Mt. Tsurugi-dake and Mt. Hotaka-dake, in particular. I can also provide guiding for a variety of interests, including snow climbing, stream climbing, tent camping, and wild plant gathering, so please do not hesitate to ask for your specific needs. The views of the Tsurugi and Tateyama mountain ranges from the Toyama Plain and Toyama Bay are breathtaking, and I hope you will come and see them for yourself.
