Access to Utajyuku/Tankei Shindo Trailhead from Senryu-sou Hotel

【From Senryu-so Hotel to Utajyuku・ Tankei Shindo Trailhead／ Trailhead for Mt. Senjyo-gatake etc.】

Nagano Prefecture Ina side gate Senryu-so to the northernmost part of the Southern Alps, you can change to the Minami-Alps Forest path bus from here and head for Kitazawa Pass. It will be the gateway for climbing to Mt. Kaikoma-gatake, Mt. Nokogiri-dake, Mt. Senjo-gatake and Mt. Aino-dake which is lined up with the Noro River.
There are two ways to take a bus from Ina City. One is via Takato to Senryu-so; the other is from Chino directly over Tsuetuki Pass to Senryu-so. The access from the Chino side is convenient, but please note that there is only one morning trip from mid-July to early November.
If you are traveling by car, park at the Senryu-so and change to the Southern Alps Forest path bus.
