【Hietsu Tunnel-Kamioka New Trail：Trailhead for Mt. Kitano-mata-dake, Mt. Kurobe-goro-dake and the Nishi-Ginza Diamond Route】

The Northern Alps requires the most time-consuming mountaineering approach.
In recent years, the mountain trail leading from Mt. Kitano-mata-dake to Mt. Mitsumata-renge-dake via Mt. Kurobe-Goro-dake is gaining in popularity and known as the Diamond route.
You can get to Hida city Kamioka by bus, otherwise there is no public transportation here.
It is a long taxi ride to the trailhead. If you are going by car, there is a parking lot on the Gifu side, where you will find the trailhead to Mt. Kitano-mata-dake.
