\nBy car, the Asahi Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway is the closest, also about 12 km away.
\nYou cannot go beyond Hotel Ogawaryo by car, so park your car in the parking lot in front of the hotel.
\nOnly cabs can enter the Kitamata Hut, where the Asahi-dake trailhead is located, but private cars are not allowed.
\nIt will take about 3.5 to 4 hours on foot. Please check the cab fare.
