Access to Hirokawara from Ashiyasu

【Ashiyasu-Hirokawara / Trailhead to Mt. Kita-dake, Mt. Aino-dake & Mt. Notori-dake ( Shirane Three Mountains )】

The Yamanashi Prefecture gate to the northernmost part of the Southern Alps, access from Ashiyasu to Hirokawara.
There is a bus service that can go from Kofu to Hirokawara in a single stretch in summer.
If you go by car, stop at Ashiyasu of the foothills and transfer to the Southern Alps Forest Road bus service.
In addition, before entering the Southern Alps forest road, it stops at Yashajin Toge Iriguchi, the mountaineering entrance of the Houo Three Mountains.
If you go by car you can park here.

Parking lot: Accomodates about 200 cars.
However, on weekends you will have to walk from the 5th parking lot to the bus stop.
